Seller: Paula González Ruiz, trading as Coloso Studio, Spanish tax ID: 79146118J. Address: Calle Monte 40 Bis, Staircase B, 1st floor, Door E, 28400 Collado Villalba (Madrid), Spain. Phone: +34 619 033 115. Email: info@colosostudio.com.

A standard catalog variant becomes an order when the customer completes payment through checkout. A custom request or enquiry does not imply a purchase or automatic reservation until the studio confirms it and the agreed payment is completed.

Paid pieces are registered with an order number and private production, shipping and delivery tracking.

Before a direct purchase, checkout shows the selected piece and variant, the total price including applicable taxes, shipping cost and estimated production and delivery windows. Custom work is confirmed in writing with its scope, timing and final quote before payment.

Base prices for pieces shipped to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are increased by applicable VAT. The catalogue and product page show that final VAT-inclusive price, and checkout breaks down the base and tax before payment. Spanish VAT does not apply to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla; local taxes or handling fees may be charged. The checkout total includes the amounts expressly shown before payment. Customs duties, import taxes and carrier clearance fees outside the European Union are not included unless explicitly stated, and are payable by the customer when assessed by the destination authorities.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, either through direct checkout or an individual link for a custom deposit or balance. ColosoStudio does not store full card details.

For standard catalog variants, consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. Notice can be given unequivocally using the form in My Account or by emailing info@colosostudio.com; use of the form is not mandatory. The item must be returned within the following 14 days. The consumer bears the direct return cost unless the item is defective or the studio made an error.

Coloso Studio refunds the payments received, including the standard delivery option offered, within the statutory period. The refund may be withheld until the item or evidence of return is received. The customer is responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.

Withdrawal does not apply to pieces made to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalized. Producing a standard variant after an order does not by itself make it personalized.

Reservations: a catalogue piece that is not in stock can be reserved online by paying a 30% deposit of the reservation price, with the balance due when the piece is finished and before shipping, or by paying the full reservation price with a 10% discount. The product page shows the price, the amounts and the estimated lead time before payment. Reserving a standard catalogue variant does not make it personalized: as a consumer you may cancel the reservation and withdraw within 14 days of delivery, and we refund every payment received, deposit included. If the balance is not paid within 30 days of our notice that the piece is ready, we may cancel the reservation and refund the deposit.

For custom work, any agreed deposit reserves production time, materials and initial work. Cancellations, scope changes or pauses are handled according to the accepted quote and applicable consumer law.

Each reserved piece shows its estimated timeframe, including the workshop queue, before payment. My Account shows the expected completion window and, where calculable, the estimated production start date. We may need more time to finish the piece carefully; we will explain and notify you of any material delay. If we do not start your piece on the communicated start date or exceed the upper end of the communicated production window for a reservation, you may request cancellation and a refund of everything paid for it, including the deposit, without limiting your statutory rights for late delivery.

The customer must review the delivery address before payment. Once shipped, the carrier, tracking link and expected delivery date are published in the customer account and notified by email when available.

In Spain, new pieces carry a three-year statutory conformity warranty from delivery. Damage caused by misuse, manipulation, drops, heat or humidity exposure, or wear unrelated to a conformity defect is excluded. To report transport damage or lack of conformity, email info@colosostudio.com with the order number and photographs where possible.

Complaints and support requests are handled at info@colosostudio.com. These terms are governed by Spanish law without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available in their country of residence.
