Withdrawal

If you bought a standard catalog variant as a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 calendar days after receipt. Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the statutory withdrawal right.

You can notify us through the form in My Account, available whenever you have an order, or by emailing info@colosostudio.com. Optional model statement: “For the attention of Coloso Studio, Paula González Ruiz, Calle Monte 40 Bis, Staircase B, 1st floor, Door E, 28400 Collado Villalba (Madrid), Spain. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [piece and order number]. Ordered on/received on: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only if submitted on paper].”

You may instead use any unequivocal statement identifying the order and your decision. We will confirm receipt by email. Return the piece within 14 days after giving notice, suitably protected and with its accessories.

The consumer bears the direct return cost unless the item is defective, transport-damaged or incorrect. Do not send a cash-on-delivery parcel without prior agreement.

If you reserve a standard variant, you may also cancel before delivery and recover all amounts paid, including the deposit. If we do not start on the communicated start date or exceed the upper end of the production window, you may request a reservation refund in My Account or by email. We will explain and notify you of delays; this option does not restrict your statutory rights for non-delivery.
