How it works

Two ways to own your figure

See how every resin figure is 3D printed and hand-painted, then choose stock or reservation.

• Stock and reservation

Choose how your piece arrives.

In stock

  • —The best price for each piece.
  • —Leaves the workshop within 1–2 working days.
  • —Few units, in order of purchase.

By reservation

  • —+20% over the stock price (+8% if you pay in full).
  • —Made for you, with its own production time.
  • —Available even when stock sells out.

Example: a piece that costs €100 in stock costs €120 by reservation, or €108 if you pay in full when reserving.

• Release alerts

Those who follow the workshop arrive first.

We announce the next piece and every release in the newsletter, on Instagram and here.

• Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

The essentials before you buy or reserve.

How can I get a figure?01

In stock: finished, at the best price, ships in 1–2 working days. By reservation: we make it for you; it costs more and takes longer.

Why does reserving cost more than buying in stock?02

Because it takes a workshop slot just for you. It costs 20% more than in stock; pay in full when reserving and get 10% off.

How do I find out when figures are in stock?03

We announce it in the newsletter, on Instagram and here. Units are few and sold in order of purchase.

Can I know which figure you are working on?04

Yes: we show it first in the newsletter and on Instagram. It goes on sale once it is finished.

How does a reservation work?05

Pick size and finish and pay a 30% deposit or the full amount with 10% off. The balance is due when it is ready.

How long does a reservation take?06

The product page shows the estimated lead time based on the workshop queue. If it changes, we tell you.

How do I follow my order?07

From your account: status, dates and shipment tracking. We also email you.

Will I see my piece while you paint it?08

Yes. Once it enters painting, we post progress photos in your account and email you.

In which sizes is each figure sold?09

At the original size and at 80%. Another size? Ask and we will send you a quote.

Painted or unpainted?10

Both. Unpainted arrives printed and unassembled, ready for you to paint. Painted, we assemble, paint and sign it.

How does the unpainted version arrive?11

Printed in resin, with supports removed and sanded, parts unassembled. You may want to touch up a few spots before painting.

Which materials do you use?12

Resin. Painted pieces get airbrush, brush and oil details.

Is it suitable for children?13

No. It is a collector’s piece, not a toy: it has small parts and fine points. Keep it away from children and pets.

Do you ship outside Spain?14

It depends on the destination. We confirm carrier and cost before shipping. Outside the EU, import duties and taxes are not included: customs charge them on delivery.

Can you declare the parcel as a gift?15

No. We always declare its real value: that is what lets us insure it and claim if anything happens in transit.

What if the piece arrives damaged?16

Tell us within 3 days of receiving it, with your order number and photos of the piece and the packaging: that is how we claim from the carrier. We then repair it, replace it or refund you.

Can I return a piece?17

If it is a catalogue variant, yes: you have 14 calendar days from receipt. Custom sizes are made only for you and are excluded, unless defective.

What if the painted piece does not convince me?18

Tell us. Small touch-ups we do in the workshop. A catalogue variant keeps its 14-day return period; a custom size, once finished, cannot be returned.
