We process data to respond to enquiries and quotes, create and protect accounts, and manage orders, payment, production, delivery, warranties, returns and support. The legal bases are pre-contractual steps, performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations and, for non-essential analytics, your consent. We may also process strictly necessary security data to prevent fraud and protect the service on the basis of our legitimate interests.

Data may include name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, tax identifier if supplied, piece and variant, communications, order status and technical security data. Coloso Studio does not store full card details.

Where necessary, data is accessed by payment provider Stripe, hosting and database providers, transactional email and authentication providers, analytics provider Google (only with consent), invoicing and advisory services, and logistics providers including Packlink and the selected carrier. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where legally required.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided by applicable law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. You may request more information by email.

If you request the newsletter, we use your email only for workshop news, launches and availability alerts. Signup requires separate consent and an email confirmation. Resend handles campaign delivery and unsubscribes; every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. We do not automatically add emails from orders or enquiries.

Enquiries that do not result in an order are retained only as needed and generally for up to 12 months after the last communication. Failed or expired checkout reservations are erased after stock is released. Account data is kept while the account remains active, and orders, invoices and related documentation are retained for the applicable tax, commercial, warranty and legal-claims periods.

You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights, and withdraw consent, by emailing info@colosostudio.com and identifying your request. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
